The Empire Builder serves each stop in North Dakota. To go anywhere else in the USA you’ll need to either catch the Coast Starlight from Seattle or ride east to Chicago. From Chicago you have the options of going to the west coast on the California Zephyr or the Southwest Chief. You could also connect to the east coast on the Cardinal.
